Shipping & Delivery

We ship through UPS & FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout. These rates are based on item weight and other product specific factors such as fragility as well as shipping distance. You will be sent a confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Tracking information will also be sent to you via email in order for you to track the progress of your shipped package.

Returns & Replacements

Any item that is DOA (Dead on Arrival) will be exchanged only. Damage to LED's resulting from connecting lights to non product specified voltages forfeits a return. Refunds are based on an assessment of the returned product made by LuminosityLED&trade staff members. Buyer is responsible for freight on returns and refunds. Return / refund requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with further questions or concerns regarding returns or replacements.
